I really like Kamaole Sands for the location and accessibility to the beach. This is a very popular condo because of the beautiful grounds and pool setting. It also has a high rental history which is great if you are looking at investment properties.

Next we head into Wailea Maui to check out a new residential listing. If you are looking for a Wailea Maui home for sale this is a beautiful home. The property is listed at $4,200,000 for a four bedroom, five bath custom home. The home is located in Wailea Golf Vista’s walking distance to Polo Beach Wailea. This gorgeous home offers all the quality you would expect from a Maui Wailea home for sale. Also included is a pool and spa, with awesome ocean views.
